Herb Garden Dreams
This is a great time of year to start thinking about creating your own herb garden or to re-invgorate your existing herb garden with new plants. It's too cold to start sowing seeds yet, but we can dream!
When you are thinking of planting a herb garden it is a great idea to think about what you really want your garden to look like and what function you want it to serve.
Do you want a garden that is full of beautiful aromatic herbs that will attract butterfiles and bees? Are you more interested in herbs that you can use for cooking? Or are you interested in a garden that will give you herbal medicines that you can harvest to stock your medicine chest or first aid kit?
