Cumberland Forest Suite

Cumberland Forest Suite is a bright, one bedroom suite bordering the Cumberland Forest and has extensive hiking and mountain biking forest trails right from the front door.

The suite is in a peaceful location and has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, full bathroom and its own entrance.

The suite is self contained with no-one living above or below. 

It is a 3 minute stroll to the centre of the village to restaurants and a brew pub. And a 30 minute drive to Mt Washington for skiing.

Sorry no pets.

Bike wash, and locked storage available.

The space
The suite is self contained with off street parking available.
There is one queen bed. No sofa bed or couch for sleeping.

There is a full bathroom with a bath.

The kitchen has a full sized oven and dishwasher and has pots, pans, dishes and cutlery so you can make
 

The suite is great for walkers, mountain bikers or for anyone just looking for a quiet restful getaway.
The property is on a quiet dead end road with only four houses on the street, so there is not a lot of traffic.
The suite has good light, is new and clean feeling.

There is a locking bike storage for the sole use of the guests. Padlock not dead bolt. Room for two bikes.

Guest access
The whole space is for the guests use only. The suite is one level only with no one above or below. The entrance to the suite is separate from the main house. The guests have a dedicated parking space in the driveway right by the suite.
