Herbs for the Brain
Herbs have been used for millennia to enhance mental acuity, focus, cognition and memory. We think of herbs such as Reishi, Cordyceps and Wood Betony and Ginkgo.
In this workshop we will look at herbs, diet and lifestyle changes that will help to improve our brains! And we will look at herbs, diet and lifestyle choices that have been shown is studies to help prevent dementia and alzheimers later in life.
Herbal Tea and Snacks will be served with the workshop.
