Herbs for Stress

In this class we learn about herbs that not only help with stress management but also help to strengthen and nourish you when you, or a loved one, are under stress.

 

The stress might be short term, or it might be a long term chronic stress in your life that you have to live with. This can take a toll on your physical and mental health and well being.

 

We will be looking at herbs that will support you and reduce the impact of stress.

Herbs for the Winter Blues

Herbs to Alleviate Sadness and Increase Joy!

In this class we will explore herbs that help to keep your spirits up during the winter months, to keep the immune system healthy and herbs that nourish our mental and emotional state.  

 

Many people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder during the dark days of winter.  Or perhaps you don't have quite as much spring in your step, you feel a bit tired, run down or blah.

 

This class will introduce to herbs that help us to keep balanced through the winter.

Herbal Tea and Snacks will be served with the workshops.
